With support from the Healey-Driscoll administration, the Massachusetts AI Hub (MA AI Hub) launched a statewide partnership with Google in February to expand access to artificial intelligence (AI) education. Through the Grow with Google program, all Massachusetts residents can enroll in free foundational AI training and resources designed to help them build practical skills for career advancement.
The initiative advances the MA AI Hub’s mission to grow a strong, inclusive AI workforce by reducing barriers to advanced technology education. Whether participants are entering the workforce, exploring new career pathways or expanding their skills, these courses provide an accessible starting point for AI learning.
Since launching in 2017, Grow with Google has helped over 12 million people across the country gain digital skills and secure jobs in emerging technology fields. Massachusetts residents can sign up for these AI courses through December 2027, helping strengthen and diversify the state’s talent pipeline while preparing more residents to thrive in an AI-driven economy.
